Every American has said one of the following at some point:
‘In India , they must eat a lot of different veggie burgers, because, get this, they don’t eat cow!’
‘Hey, I hear the ones In Israel are Kosher’
‘Did you know they have wine at the ones in France! Wine!’
It’s important to say those lines as though this was the most outrageous thing to ever happen to food, for the different items served at McDonalds in other parts of the world is the stuff of rumor and legend
Perhaps it’s because McDonalds is such an American institution. The idea of an alternate menu is like Halloween-themed breakfast cereal. Cute, maybe even collectable, but ultimately viewed with amused condescension. Heh, those crazy French guys sure do like their wine.
Anyway, enough philosophy. Here is the definitive list of what those insanely crazy eaters in other countries would prefer with their fries:

If McDonalds was more like the one in India (tons of good vegetarian options, with green aprons seperating the meat handlers from the non-meat handlers) I think I might actually eat at McDonalds.
I totally want a McAvocado now.
The McDonalds restaurants in Hawaii serve Teriyaki Chicken sandwiches. For Breakfast you can get white rice and spam instaed of the usual hashbrowns and sausage.
Apparently there’s some place that serves spiral pasta for breakfast, and another that serves local rolls during thier ‘roll festival’. I couldnt find cute names for those tho.
And you forgot to mention that Germany still has McRibs and you can get them for breakfast. While I was living there, I must have averaged 4 McRibs per week, and 2 of those per week were eaten before 9am.
I think it’s hilarious that in France a Big Mac is called a Royale .. with cheese. Not “fromage” mind you, but cheese. Priceless.

I wanna know how anyone ever copyrighted McRice, which apparently is a pile of rice in a bowl.
The Burger McDo is different in two ways: they use banana ketchup and it’s made of both ground beef and ground pork.
When I was in the UK, the McDonalds were all serving and heavily promoting Chicken Tikka Masala Wraps. Not sure if it caught on as a regular menu item, though . . .
Also, it’s “Inca Kola,” not “Inka Cola.”
Hey, don’t look at me, mate, everywhere online resolutely spells it with a K, despite the bottles definitely stating Inca…maybe everyone’s just dyslexic? Incidentally, this bastion of local sickly sweetness was just bought by Coke.
