Yes, you have read the above correctly. Truffle fries with cheese. I have eaten many a truffle fry – Belga, Firefly, etc… But with cheese? HELLO!!! I have eaten this most sublime creation at Jackie’s Restaurant in Silver Spring. It is truly an amazing dish. And the portion size is incredible! People – I know my fries, I know my truffle, and I know my cheese! ORDER IT NOW! And you can thank me later.

We recently went to Jackie’s sidebar in hopes of having a few cocktails and these fries. Sadly, though they do offer some food at the bar, they do not offer the fries. GRR! We settled on some potato chips (yes, they have freshly made chips but not fries?!?!). Their cocktails are pretty awesome and different, so still worth checking out but you have to go to the restaurant for the fries.
